    AN ACT concerning health.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:

    (410 ILCS 235/4 rep.)
    (410 ILCS 235/5 rep.)
    Section 5. The Pertussis Vaccine Act is amended by
repealing Sections 3, 4, and 5.
