    AN ACT in relation to environmental safety.

    Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:

    Section   5.  The Environmental Impact Fee Law is amended
by changing Section 390 as follows:

    (415 ILCS 125/390)
    (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2003)
    Sec. 390.  Repeal.  This Article is repealed  on  January
1, 2013 2003.

    Section  99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect upon
becoming law.
