Biography: Jerry Long has called Streator, IL, his home for over 30 years. He is a small business owner, 3rd-generation union worker and a 30-year member of the Teamsters with 2,850,000 miles traveled under his belt. In the past, Jerry was a citizen columnist for the Ottawa Times as well as a member of Starved Rock ABATE. His hobbies include history, painting, and spending time with his wife, children, and nine grandchildren.
