Biography: Graduate of Camp Point Central High School 1977; Bach. of Science-Agriculture Western Illinois University 1981; Founder, Owner/Operator of Frese's Video Inc. 1985-2005; Adams County Circuit Court Clerk 2004-2012; Married to wife Ronda for 31 years, 3 daughters Laura of Chicago, IL, Mrs. Jana Brookshier (Daniel) of Warrensburg, MO, and Sara of Paloma. Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity, Quincy Catholic Charities Board, Adams County Fair Board, Quincy Exchange Club, Adams County Farm Bureau, Chamber of Commerce. Randy and Ronda are members of St. Thomas Catholic Church in Camp Point, IL.
