Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the State Library Act. In furtherance of the purpose of advising libraries in the State, requires the Director of the State Library to conduct a study to determine the most effective means of preventing minors from accessing explicit sexual material on the Internet from public-access computers that are located in public libraries.
