Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Private Detective, Private Alarm, Private Security, and Locksmith Act of 2004. Provides that at least 3 registered employees of a licensed private security contractor agency who provide traditional guarding functions must be present in any armored motor vehicle used by the agency in its course of business while the vehicle is in the process of making drop-offs or pick-ups.
