Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Attorney General Act. Makes a technical change in the Section concerning the short title of the Act.

Deletes reference to:

30 ILCS 500/Art. 15 heading
30 ILCS 500/15-25
30 ILCS 500/15-30 new

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Procurement Code. Requires that the Procurement Policy Board, on its official website, post the same contract award and emergency purchase information required to be included in the Illinois Procurement Bulletin. Requires that this website database be searchable and sortable by various categories of contract or purchase information. Requires that the chief procurement officers provide the Board with the necessary information. Requires that the notice of a contract award must be posted on the online Procurement Bulletin before the contract is executed. Requires that the emergency purchase notice must be posted on the online Procurement Bulletin within 3 business days after execution of the contract.
