1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2362
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2362, on page 2,
3 lines 20 through 22, by deleting "within 3 months after the
4 effective date of this amendatory Act of the 95th General
5 Assembly"; and

6 on page 3, lines 1 and 2, by replacing "rate of 6% per year"
7 with "actuarially assumed rate provided by the Department of
8 Financial and Professional Regulation".
