1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2362
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2362, on page 2, by
3 replacing lines 17 through 20 with the following:
4 "by a municipality. To receive credit for military"; and

5 on page 2, lines 22 through 24, by replacing "writing within 6
6 months after the effective date of the amendatory Act of the
7 95th General Assembly" with "writing to the fund within 6
8 months after the municipality elects to allow the service".
