1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 549
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 549 on page 1, by
3 replacing lines 14 through 17 with the following:

4 "municipality has been designated as a financially distressed
5 city, as defined in the Financially Distressed City Law. The
6 moneys used to hire police".
