AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 774

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 774, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 1 as follows:

on page 20, line 19, by replacing "$10,000,000" with "$20,000,000, which shall be prorated based on the portion of State fiscal year 2012 that the assessment imposed under subsection (b-5) of Section 5A-2 and the payments authorized under Section 5A-12.4 are in effect."; and

on page 25, line 10, after "changed", by inserting ", unless the change is pursuant to subsection (p) of Section 5A-12.4,"; and

on page 31, line 2, by replacing "an exclusive" with "a"; and

on page 31, line 23, by replacing "$1,000,000. Any" with "$1,000,000, except that any".
