Amends the Registered Titles (Torrens) Act. Provides that the Act is repealed on January 1, 2014 (rather than July 1, 2037). Effective January 1, 2012.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning civil law.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Registered Titles (Torrens) Act is amended by changing Section 110.3 as follows:

(765 ILCS 35/110.3) (from Ch. 30, par. 148.3)

Sec. 110.3. This Act is repealed on January 1, 2014 July 1, 2037.
