AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1932

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1932 as follows:

on page 3, line 2, by replacing "2010-2011" with "2011-2012"; and

on page 5, line 4, after "Choice Program", by inserting ", a pilot program that shall expire on June 30, 2020"; and

on page 7, line 4, by deleting "not be required to"; and

on page 7, lines 5 and 6, by replacing "but neither shall they" with "and may not"; and

on page 8, by replacing lines 3 through 12 with the following: "the lesser of (i) $3,800 or (ii) the actual"; and

on page 11, immediately below line 8, by inserting the following:

"Section 100. Expiration. This Act is repealed on July 1, 2020."; and

on page 136, by replacing lines 8 through 11 with the following:

"choice voucher program. The adjustment shall be (a) $3,800 if the students"; and

on page 136, by replacing lines 13 through 16 with the following:

"been enrolled in the district, less (b) $3,800 excluding students".
