8 Assembly are declarative of existing law."; and

9 on page 30, line 22, after the period, by inserting "The
10 changes made by this amendatory Act of the 98th General
11 Assembly are declarative of existing law."; and

12 on page 31, line 16, after the period, by inserting "The
13 changes made by this amendatory Act of the 98th General
14 Assembly are declarative of existing law.".
