AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1288

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1288 as follows:

on page 16, by replacing line 24 on page 16 through line 1 on page 17 with the following: "attorney representing the complainant."; and

on page 18, by replacing lines 19 through 23 with the following: "decision.
