2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4377 as follows:

3 on page 3, line 26 through page 4, line 1 by deleting "or
4 otherwise made inoperable"; and

5 on page 4, line 7, after "~~inoperable~~." by inserting "Any
6 uncased crossbow must be uncocked.".
