Amends the Illinois Clinical Laboratory and Blood Bank Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title. Amends the AIDS Confidentiality Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title. Amends the Genetic Information Privacy Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

AN ACT concerning health.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Clinical Laboratory and Blood Bank Act is amended by changing Section 1-101 as follows:

Sec. 1-101. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Illinois Clinical Laboratory and Blood Bank Act.

Section 10. The AIDS Confidentiality Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as the "AIDS Confidentiality Act".

Section 15. The Genetic Information Privacy Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Genetic Information Privacy Act.
