1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3262
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3262, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 1, on page 112, by replacing lines 2 through 6 with the
5 following:

6 "Nothing in this Act shall be construed to authorize the
7 Authority to spend the proceeds of any bonds or notes issued
8 under Section 13.2 or any taxes levied under Section 13 to
9 construct a stadium to be leased to or used by professional
10 sports teams.".
