SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

415 ILCS 120/32 rep.

Amends the Alternate Fuels Act. Repeals a provision requiring the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity to administer, subject to appropriation, the Clean Fuel Education Program.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
