1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 462
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 462 on page 2,
3 immediately below line 26, by inserting the following:

4 "(d) The requirements of this Section do not apply to
5 nonprofit water utilities that are exempt from federal income
6 taxation under Section 501(c)(12) of the federal Internal
7 Revenue Code of 1986.".
