1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2385
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2385, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, on page 1, immediately below line 14, by inserting the
5 following:

6 "Section 7. Definition. As used in this Act, "contractor"
7 means a non-employee retained by a unit of local government or
8 school district to act on the unit of local government's or
9 school district's behalf.".
