SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

430 ILCS 85/2-11 rep.
    Amends the Amusement Ride and Attraction Safety Act. Repeals a provision providing that all fees collected under the Act shall be deposited into the General Revenue Fund. Effective immediately.

1     AN ACT concerning safety.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     (430 ILCS 85/2-11 rep.)
5     Section 5. The Amusement Ride and Attraction Safety Act is
6 amended by repealing Section 2-11.

7     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
8 becoming law.
