AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2687

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2687 as follows:

on page 1, line 12, by replacing "50%" with "20%"; and

on page 1, line 13, before "day" by inserting "and non-profit"; and

on page 3, line 11, by replacing "notified" with "who respond to the notice"; and

on page 5, lines 13 and 14, by deleting "at least"; and

on page 5, line 18, by replacing "and" with "or".
