AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4868

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4868 on page 1, line 8, before "publish", by inserting "annually"; and

on page 1, by replacing lines 11 through 12 with the following:

"the year each record is published. The record must be published prominently on the"; and

on page 2, immediately below line 3, by inserting the following:

"Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect January 1, 2021.".
