on page 2, line 1, by changing "Representatives" to "Representatives; one member of the House of Representatives, to be appointed by the Minority Leader of the House of Representatives"; and

on page 2, line 2, by changing "Senate" to "Senate; one member of the Senate, to be appointed by the Minority Leader of the Senate".
