1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 610
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 610, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, on page 248, by replacing lines 11 through 14 with the
5 following:
6         "(3) enter into a project labor agreement with the
7     applicable local building trades council before the
8     commencement of any of the following activities related to
9     the project: demolition; construction; rehabilitation;
10     maintenance; or renovation; the project labor agreement
11     shall remain in effect throughout any relevant incentive
12     period;".
