AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4908

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4908 on page 2, line 5, by replacing "non-profit" with "Non-profit"; and

on page 2, by replacing lines 6 through 9 with the following:

"(a) The State Treasurer may establish and administer a non-profit investment pool and an electronic payments processing program to supplement and enhance the investment opportunities and the secure electronic payment options otherwise available to not-for-profit corporations in this State."; and

on page 2, line 12, by replacing "501(c)" with "501(c)(3) or 501(c)(12)".
