AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5069

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5069 as follows:

on page 4, line 17, after "maintain," by inserting "whether in paper or electronic form,"; and

on page 5, line 2, after the period, by inserting: "A distributor, secondary distributor, or retailer shall not be held liable for a false or misleading statement provided by a manufacturer in a certification.".
