1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2784
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2784 on page 6, by
3 replacing lines 3 through 6 with the following:
4 "on more than 3,500 acres. Five percent of the proceeds from
5 the fee imposed by this Act shall be deposited into the Motor
6 Carrier Safety Inspection Fund to be used by the Illinois
7 State Police for motor carrier safety enforcement within 20
8 miles of an".
