1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3157
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3157 on page 2,
3 line 15, after "funds.", by inserting "In order to be eligible
4 to participate in the non-profit investment pool, the
5 not-for-profit corporation shall provide the Treasurer with a
6 copy of the most recent audited financial statement or
7 charitable organization annual report filed with the Attorney
8 General.".
