2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3626 on page 5, by
3 deleting lines 11 through 16; and

4 on page 5, line 17, by replacing "(f)" with "(e)"; and

5 on page 6, by replacing lines 7 and 8 with the following:
6         "(3) families eligible for collaboration services
7     shall pay a monthly co-payment amount of up to $1; and".
