Updating the database of the Illinois Compiled Statutes (ILCS) is an ongoing process. Because the statute database is maintained primarily for legislative drafting purposes, statutory changes are sometimes included in the statute database before they take effect. If the source note at the end of a Section of the statutes includes a Public Act that has not yet taken effect, the version of the law that is currently in effect may have already been removed from the database and you should refer to that Public Act to see the changes made to the current law.

    (410 ILCS 705/35-20)
    Sec. 35-20. Denial of application. An application for an infuser license shall be denied if any of the following conditions are met:
        (1) the applicant failed to submit the materials
    
required by this Article;
        (2) the applicant would not be in compliance with
    
local zoning rules or permit requirements;
        (3) one or more of the prospective principal officers
    
or board members causes a violation of Section 35-25.
        (4) one or more of the principal officers or board
    
members is under 21 years of age;
        (5) the person has submitted an application for a
    
license under this Act or this Article that contains false information; or
        (6) if the licensee; principal officer, board member,
    
or person having a financial or voting interest of 5% or greater in the licensee; or agent is delinquent in filing any required tax returns or paying any amounts owed to the State of Illinois.
