Because the statute database is maintained primarily for legislative drafting purposes, statutory changes are sometimes included in the statute database before they take effect.     Sec. 25a-1. At least 60 days before beginning the decommissioning of any nuclear power plant located in this State, the owner or operator of the plant shall file, for information purposes only, a copy of the decommissioning plan for the plant with the Agency and a copy with the Illinois Emergency Management Agency.

    Sec. 25a-1.     Sec. 25b. Any person, corporation or public authority intending to construct a nuclear steam-generating facility or a nuclear fuel reprocessing plant shall file with the Illinois Emergency Management Agency an environmental feasibility report which incorporates the data provided in the preliminary safety analysis required to be filed with the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission. The Board may by rule prescribe the form of such report. The Board shall have the power to adopt standards to protect the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of Illinois from the hazards of radiation to the extent that such powers are not preempted under the federal constitution.
