CLAYTON.

   40 ILCS 5/16-127          from Ch. 108 1/2, par. 16-127                     

        Amends the Downstate Teacher  Article  of  the  Pension  Code  to      
   define  "military  service"  to  include  service  in the Peace Corps.      
   Effective immediately.
