Reduces the tax imposed under the Illinois Pull Tabs and Jar Games Act and the Bingo License and Tax Act from 5% to 2.5% for licensees that devote their proceeds primarily to the education of children. Reduces the tax imposed under the Charitable Games Act from 3% to 1.5% for licensees that devote their proceeds primarily to the education of children. Effective immediately. STATE MANDATES FISCAL NOTE HB1415 fails to create a State mandate. HOME RULE NOTE HB 1415 does not preempt home rule authority.
