VEH CD-GOVT EMPLOYEE TORTS                                                 

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois  Vehicle  Code  to  provide  that  the  Local      
   Governmental and Governmental Employees Tort Immunity Act shall not be      
   superseded by provisions of the Illinois Vehicle Code requiring public      
   employees  who are driving emergency vehicles to drive with due regard      
   for the safety of all persons.
