 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 61
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 61, AS AMENDED,  in
 3    Section 70, below subsection (e), by inserting the following:
 4        "(f)  The  provisions  of this Act shall not apply to the
 5    installation, replacement, service, or  repair  of  household
 6    products,  including  but  not  limited  to  audio  and video
 7    equipment, appliances, garbage disposals, fans,  lights,  and
 8    garage door openers by a business entity primarily engaged in
 9    the retail sale of consumer products.".
