 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 61
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House  Bill  61,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to  the  page  and  line  numbers  of  House
 4    Amendment No. 1, on page 17, in line 30, after "subdivision",
 5    by inserting the following:
 6    ", except that nothing in this Act shall be construed to give
 7    a   political   subdivision  the  authority  to  apply  those
 8    standards or requirements to electrical work performed  on  a
 9    farm"; and
10    on  page  21,  immediately  below  line  31, by inserting the
11    following:
12        "(f)  Farms.  No inspections under this Act shall be made
13    of farms.".
