 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 448
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 448 on page 1, line
 3    15, by replacing "through the" with "by conducting a"; and
 4    on page 1,  line  18,  by  replacing  "interfere  with"  with
 5    "impact on"; and
 6    on  page  1,  line 21, by replacing "parents" with "students,
 7    parents,"; and
 8    on page 2, line 11, by replacing "Utilizing models for"  with
 9    "Providing"; and
10    on  page  2,  by  replacing  lines  13  through  15  with the
11    following:
12        "Nothing  in  this  Section  prohibits  other   certified
13    professionals  from  providing  any of the services listed in
14    this Section.".
