3 replacing lines 1 through 3 with the following:
4 "AN ACT to amend the Election Code by changing Sections
5 9-3, 9-4, 9-5, 9-11, 9-12, 9-13, 9-14, and 9-21."; and
6 on page 1, by replacing lines 7 and 8 with the following:
7 "Sections 9-3, 9-4, 9-5, 9-11, 9-12, 9-13, 9-14, and 9-21.";
8 and
9 on page 4, by deleting lines 31 and 32; and
10 on page 5, by deleting lines 1 through 11; and
11 on page 5, by deleting lines 26 through 29; and
12 on page 7, by deleting lines 30 through 34; and
13 on page 8, by deleting lines 1 through 5; and
14 on page 10, by deleting lines 8 through 11; and
15 on page 12, by deleting lines 24 through 33.
