1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 998
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 998 on page 5, in
3 line 32, by changing "refund of" to "refund"; and
4 on page 7, immediately below line 11, by inserting the
5 following:
6 "Section 70. The Regulatory Agency Sunset Act is
7 amended by adding Section 4.18 as follows:
8 (5 ILCS 80/4.18 new)
9 Sec. 4.18. Act repealed on January 1, 2008. The
10 following Act is repealed on January 1, 2008:
11 The Illinois Petroleum Education and Marketing Act.
12 Section 80. The State Finance Act is amended by adding
13 Section 5.449 as follows:
14 (30 ILCS 105/5.449 new)
15 Sec. 5.449. The Petroleum Resources Revolving Fund.".
