      60 ILCS 1/255-20 new
          Amends the Township Code.  Allows the township board,  by
      ordinance or resolution, to transfer moneys from the road and
      bridge  fund  to  any  other  fund  to  pay for flood control
      projects of the township.

 1        AN ACT to amend  the  Township  Code  by  adding  Section
 2    255-20.
 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section 5.   The  Township  Code  is  amended  by  adding
 6    Section 255-20 as follows:
 7        (60 ILCS 1/255-20 new)
 8        Sec.  255-20.  Transfer  for  flood control. The township
 9    board may, by ordinance or resolution, transfer  moneys  from
10    the road and bridge fund to any other fund of the township to
11    pay for flood control projects of the township.
