 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1250
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 1250  by  replacing
 3    lines 8 through 11 with the following:
 4        "Sec.   255-20.   Expenditure  for  flood  control.   The
 5    township board of Maine Township in Cook County may, with the
 6    approval  of  the  highway  commissioner,  by  ordinance   or
 7    resolution,  expend  moneys  from the road and bridge fund or
 8    any other fund of the  township  to  pay  for  flood  control
 9    projects of the township.".
