      105 ILCS 5/22-25
          Amends the School Code.  Makes a change of style  in  the
      provisions relating to high school quality guarantees.

 1        AN  ACT  to  amend  the  School  Code by changing Section
 2    22-25.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section  5.   The  School  Code  is  amended  by changing
 6    Section 22-25 as follows:
 7        (105 ILCS 5/22-25)
 8        Sec. 22-25.  High School Quality Guarantees.  The  school
 9    board  of  any  school  district  that maintains grades 9-12,
10    including special charter districts and any  school  district
11    organized  under  Article  34, may enter into agreements that
12    guarantee the academic skills and performance of graduates of
13    their high schools in the workforce or in  higher  education.
14    Any quality guarantee agreements established shall be subject
15    to  such  qualifications and restrictions as the school board
16    may determine.
