 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2152
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 2152 on page 1,  by
 3    replacing lines 25 through 27 with the following:
 4    "non-custodial  parent,  shall  be  subject  to attachment or
 5    other provisional remedy in  accordance  with  the  procedure
 6    prescribed by this Code.".
