      105 ILCS 5/13A-6
          Amends the School Code.  Makes a change of grammar  in  a
      Section relating to staffing of alternative schools.

 1        AN  ACT  to  amend  the  School  Code by changing Section
 2    13A-6.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section  5.   The  School  Code  is  amended  by changing
 6    Section 13A-6 as follows:
 7        (105 ILCS 5/13A-6)
 8        Sec. 13A-6.  Staffing.
 9        (a)  The regional  superintendent  shall  administer,  or
10    shall   contract   with  one  or  more  school  districts  to
11    administer, alternative school programs  located  within  the
12    educational service region.
13        (b)  The  regional  superintendent is responsible for the
14    administrative and fiscal structure for the program.
