          Amends the Abused  and  Neglected  Child  Reporting  Act.
      Makes  a stylistic change in provisions regarding how the Act
      is to be cited.

 1        AN ACT to amend the Abused and Neglected Child  Reporting
 2    Act by changing Section 1.
 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section 5.  The Abused and Neglected Child Reporting  Act
 6    is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
 7        (325 ILCS 5/1) (from Ch. 23, par. 2051)
 8        Sec.  1.  This Act shall be known and may be cited as the
 9    Abused and Neglected Child Reporting Act.
