 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1339
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1339, AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
 4    No. 2, on page 43, by replacing lines 24 through 27 with  the
 5    following:  "(d)  If the State's Attorney determines that the
 6    Department's request for  filing  of  a  petition  or  motion
 7    conforms  to  the  requirements set forth in subsections (a),
 8    (b) and (c)  of  this  subsection  (4.5),  then  the  State's
 9    Attorney shall file the petition or motion as requested.".
