      20 ILCS 1305/1-30 new
          Amends the Department of Human  Services  Act.   Requires
      the  Department  to  develop  and  implement a Family Support
      Services Pilot Project.

 1        AN ACT to amend the Department of Human Services  Act  by
 2    adding Section 1-30.
 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section 5.  The  Department  of  Human  Services  Act  is
 6    amended by adding Section 1-30 as follows:
 7        (20 ILCS 1305/1-30 new)
 8        Sec.  1-30.   Family Support Services Pilot Project.  The
 9    Department of Human Services shall develop  and  implement  a
10    Family Support Services Pilot Project.
