3 WHEREAS, The State Board of Education has filed its
4 Spring 1997 Mandate Waiver report, dated April 16, 1997, with
5 the General Assembly as required by Section 2-3.25g of the
6 School Code; therefore, be it
7 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETIETH GENERAL ASSEMBLY
8 OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
9 CONCURRING HEREIN, that the request pertaining to the 10-year
10 life safety survey submitted by Community Unit School
11 District 300, identified in the report as WM197-0578, is
12 disapproved.
